Editorial Policy
Updated: October 25, 2026
The match analyses and picks of the day on SportsPF are meant to give readers consolidated, checkable information before they form a view. This page explains openly how we produce them. Note: the articles are written in Turkish.
Who writes them?
Articles are published under the byline “SportsPF Match Desk”. The Match Desk is an editorial process: data is collected from statistics and news sources, turned into a readable analysis with an AI-assisted workflow, and numbers are compared with their sources before publication. Every article states that it is not betting advice.
Sources
- Public statistics sites such as soccerstats.com for standings, form, goal averages, head-to-head and odds information.
- Club websites, manager press conferences and outlets such as BBC Sport, Sky Sport and Sports Mole for injuries, suspensions and expected line-ups.
- Each article lists the sources it used, with links.
Verification
Before publishing we compare points, ranks, scores and goal counts in the text with the statistics source. Anything we cannot verify — for example an odd we cannot find — is shown as “not verified” rather than guessed.
Odds are approximate, differ between bookmakers and can change after publication. Nothing on the site is a betting offer.
Nature of the picks
Picks are opinions based on the data available that day and guarantee nothing. Once a match kicks off, its pick disappears from “Picks of the Day” automatically; the article stays in the archive and is only changed if a correction is needed.
Independence and ads
Articles are not influenced by advertisers. Pages may show ads from networks such as Google AdSense; ads are labelled and kept separate from editorial content. Sponsored or affiliate links are clearly disclosed when used.
Corrections and feedback
For a wrong figure, an incorrect statement or a source objection, write to support@sportspf.com. Verified errors are corrected promptly and the update date is refreshed when needed.
